At Patti's Bake Shop™ we are passionate about creating artisan-crafted, gourmet gluten-free cookies. 

All our handmade cookies are preservative-free, made with organic and natural ingredients and are non-GMO. They are filled with amazing texture, flavor and yumminess in every bite.

You won't believe they are gluten-free!

We are a woman-owned online bakery based in Montclair, New Jersey.  We use a dedicated-use commercial kitchen to produce our unique gluten-free cookies. 

All our cookies are sustainably wrapped and packaged in materials that are recyclable and compostable.

We deliver locally and we ship nationwide (USA).

Some of my warmest memories are of running home after school to eat my favorite cookie snack. Today, It is still my cherished afternoon routine.

After spending many years in the pastry industry, I developed a gluten intolerance. I struggled for years, not knowing what it was, yet the symptoms persisted. This was a life changing event both in my personal life and in the kitchen.

Once I realized I had a gluten-intolerance, I got fueled, and turned my intolerance into a passion. I started creating gluten-free cookie recipes without compromising ingredients, flavor or texture. I would make these for my family and friends, who loved them, and couldn’t believe they were gluten-free, suggesting that I sell my cookies. 

In 2024 we launched Patti’s Bake Shop™, which is proudly the result of this journey, and my love for delectable cookies.

In the Kitchen: I have a Master Pastry Chef Diplome from the French Culinary Institute (now ICE). I executed my stage at the 3 Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Bernardin, in New York City. I owned for many years, Patti*Cakes Ltd. where I created custom cakes, and earned several awards.
