All Patti's Bake Shop artisan crafted cookies are gluten-free, handmade from organic and natural ingredients, carefully sourced for each recipe. All our cookies are preservative-free, non-GMO.  Please visit our Ingredients page to view the ingredients in each cookie type.

COOKIE CARE
All our handmade cookies are preservative-free and are truly delicious at any temperature! Savor them in whichever setting your choose - room temperature, warm or cool. If you do not plan to eat your cookies right away, please note the following suggestions to keep your cookies fresh:  ROOM TEMPERATURE: Keep your cookies in an airtight container for 1 week. FROZEN: Freeze your cookies for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container. Thaw in your refrigerator before serving.  HEATING: Warm gently at 275 F for approx. 2-4 minutes to desired gooeyness. Serve. Laugh. Eat. Enjoy!

ALLERGEN NOTICE
Attention customers with food allergies. All Patti's Bake Shop cookies are made by hand, using a certified, dedicated-use commercial kitchen, located in a facility that also processes dairy, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, sesame, sulfur. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergen-free bakery. All our cookies contain: butter, organic eggs. Some of our cookies contain: natural raw pecans (tree nut).

OUR COMMITMENT TO NATURE
All our cookies are wrapped and packaged in environmentally friendly packaging that is recyclable and compostable. We do not use plastics. All our cookies are packaged cello wrapping made with annually renewable plants and are certified compostable.

LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local contactless delivery within a 6 mile radius of Montclair, NJ.  All local deliveries are sent 1-2 business days within ordering.

SHIPPING
We offer nationwide shipping (USA only). All our cookies are shipped via USPS priority mail (1-3 days) in order to preserve freshness.

We SHIP on Mon-Wed from New Jersey via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days delivery). 
We DELIVER locally (6 mi radius of Montclair, NJ) 1-2 business days after placing your order. For special orders or special events, please contact us. We are happy to help! 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
No returns. No refunds. However, please let us know if there is an issue with your order.
