Our Oatmeal Cranberry Pecan handmade gluten-free (GF) cookies are a warm and cozy blend of rolled organic GF oats, natural cranberries and natural raw pecans, with natural spices, maple, carefully sourced and blended to create this delicious cookie, topped-off with fleur de sel (sea salt)! All our cookies are handmade, preservative-free, using organic ingredients.
All our yummy cookies are handmade with organic & natural ingredients, no preservatives, non-GMO, and are sustainably packaged. All our cookies are individually wrapped. Cookies are chunky, approximately 3” wide, crispy outside, chewy inside.
INGREDIENTS: GF organic rolled oats, GF Flour Blend (GF whole grain brown rice flour, GF white rice flour, GF potato starch, GF whole grain sorghum flour, GF tapioca flour, xanthan gum), dried natural cranberries, natural raw pecans, butter, brown cane sugar, organic eggs, pure vanilla extract, pure maple extract, GF baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, natural spices. - Contains Butter, Eggs, Pecans
COOKIE CARE: All our handmade cookies are preservative-free and are truly delicious at any temperature! Savor them in whichever setting your choose - room temperature, warm or cool. If you do not plan to eat your cookies right away, please note the following suggestions to keep your cookies fresh:
ROOM TEMPERATURE: Keep your cookies in an airtight container for 1 week. FROZEN: Freeze your cookies for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container. Thaw in your refrigerator before serving. HEATING: Warm gently at 275 F for approx. 2-4 minutes to desired gooey.
ALLERGEN NOTICE: All Patti's Bake Shop cookies are made by hand, using a dedicated use certified commercial kitchen, located in a facility that also processes dairy, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, sesame, sulfur. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergen-free bakery.
